For Advisors & Admins

Veru365 isn't just a client app — it's the operating layer for an advisory firm. This chapter covers everything organization owners and advisors use to run their practice.

Roles & permissions

RoleWho it's forWhat they can do
userClients and membersChat, all enabled financial tools, their own data. The default role.
managerSenior staffElevated org member; assignable when inviting or changing roles.
ownerFirm principals / org adminsEverything: Admin Dashboard, Advisor Dashboard, users, branding, billing, compliance, integrations.
advisorClient-facing advisorsAn assignment role used by handoff and booking — the human a client gets handed to.

Only owners see the organization side of Settings; everyone else is routed to their personal settings.

The Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard is the firm's control room, organized into tabs:

Users & invitations

  1. Invite by email Admin Dashboard → Invite User: enter the address, pick a role (user / manager / owner), send. The invitee gets a personal link that attaches them to your firm.
  2. Or distribute an invite code A shareable code lets anyone sign up into your organization — good for newsletters or seminars.
  3. Track pending invitations The Users area shows outstanding invites; resend or revoke as needed.
  4. Manage roles Change a member's role or remove members from the same screen.

Invite codes come in two shapes:

Code typeGood forBehavior
Shared codeA newsletter, a seminar, a link on your own siteReusable by many people until it's deactivated.
Single-use codeOne specific prospect or paying subscriberWorks exactly once, then stops accepting new signups — useful if you want each individual to land in your org without opening a public, unlimited-use link.

Codes are minted per-organization by Veru365 staff on request — if your firm needs a fresh one (shared or single-use), ask your Veru365 contact for that org.

Branding — make it yours

Veru365 is white-label. Under Settings → Branding an owner can set:

  • App Identity — the application name your clients see.
  • Logo & favicon — your firm's marks replace the defaults throughout the app.

Even the AI assistants' display names can be tailored to your firm, so clients experience your branded planning assistant.

Feature toggles

Every major tool — Plaid, File Vault, portfolio, tax, budgeting, scheduling, financial statements, each integration, each AI assistant — is a per-organization feature flag. What's toggled off simply disappears from your clients' Tools menu. Flags are managed with Veru365's support during setup (the Features panel appears for platform staff working on your org), so your firm ships exactly the toolkit you want.

Advisor Dashboard & PAGO scores

The Advisor Dashboard answers the question every advisor has: who needs my attention?

  • PAGO Score — each client gets a 0–100 engagement/propensity score with a colored band and a breakdown of contributing dimensions, computed from how they actually use the platform.
  • Engagement tab — clients ranked by PAGO score, with the signal behind each score.
  • Inactive tab — clients going quiet, before they drift away.
  • Interested tab — leads and clients showing buying signals.
  • Re-engagement — reach out to a flagged client directly from the dashboard.
Consent PAGO data has a consent and portability panel — clients' engagement data is handled under explicit data-consent controls.

Client handoff

The moment an AI conversation should become a human relationship, handoff takes over. Owners configure per-advisor and per-manager handoff rules in the Schedule/Handoff tab: who receives which clients, and what gets shared. A client's sharing settings gate what the advisor can see; identity verification can be required before any personal data is pushed to external systems.

Public booking page

Every organization gets a public booking page — a clean form (name, email, “what would you like help with?”) prospects can use without an account. Bookings arrive as leads in the Schedule/Handoff tab, ready for follow-up. Put the link in your email signature and website.

Embeddable chat widget

Take lead capture further: the Veru365 chat widget embeds a mini AI chat on your own website, in your branding. Visitors type a question, get a real answer from your assistant, and their contact details land in your leads. It's the top of your funnel, powered by the same AI your clients use.

Integrations

Connect Veru365 to the rest of your stack (each integration is a feature flag your firm can enable):

📇

CRM

Wealthbox, Salesforce, and HubSpot — keep client records and activity in sync.

📅

Calendars & scheduling

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Calendly — appointments flow into your real calendar.

☎️

Communications

RingCentral — call activity connects to client profiles.

Knowledge base

Admin → Knowledge lets your firm teach the assistant: upload firm-specific content and the AI folds it into answers for your clients — your philosophy, your FAQs, your process.

Compliance & billing

  • Compliance tab — oversight tooling over conversations and data handling; chat review supports supervision duties.
  • Billing — your organization's usage and plan, in the Billing tab.
  • Data rights — erasure requests are supported platform-wide (Settings → Erasure Request).

Platform administration

Above organizations sits a platform-administration layer used by Veru365 staff: managing organizations and their health, assistant configuration, invite codes, platform billing, and the PAGO scoring model. If you're a firm owner you'll never need it — but it's why new features and assistant improvements arrive in your org without you doing anything.
