Stock Portfolio & Strategies

Harvey's side of the house: track your holdings, get an AI read on any ticker, and browse five ready-made research strategies that surface interesting setups every day.

Before you trade These tools are research and education, not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Markets involve risk — make your own decisions or talk to your advisor.

Build My Stock Portfolio

Tools → Build My Stock Portfolio is your holdings tracker:

  • Add positions with a ticker search (type a name or symbol), share count, and cost basis.
  • The overview shows Total Value, Cost Basis, Unrealized Gain/Loss, and Daily Change, plus asset-mix charts of how your portfolio is composed.
  • Holdings you've synced from a brokerage via Connected Accounts appear alongside manually entered positions.
  • Portfolios support read-only share links — show a friend or advisor without giving access to your account.

Stock Analyst — “Harvey's Take”

Enter any ticker in Stock Analyst and Harvey produces a current, plain-English analysis of the company — “Harvey's Take on {TICKER}” — combining fundamentals, recent context, and what's notable right now. It's the fastest way to get oriented on a name you're curious about, and you can keep interrogating the analysis in chat: “what would change your mind?”, “how does it compare to its competitors?”

Company Snapshot

Company Snapshot is the one-page dossier on a ticker: the Company Profile plus that company's readings from the research strategies — recent Insider Buying, Rats Abandoning Ship activity, and the EVS rationale if it has an earnings setup. Use it before earnings or before adding a position to see everything Veru365 knows about the name in one view.

The five research strategies

Stock Strategies is the hub for five prebuilt screeners. Each runs on fresh market data and each has its own philosophy:

Perfect10

Scores any stock across ten dimensions — technicals, fundamentals, insider activity, analyst sentiment, catalysts, and more — and combines them into a single composite from −10 to +10. Drill into any ticker to see the dimension-by-dimension breakdown and why it scored the way it did. Use it as a structured second opinion on anything you're considering.

EVS — Earnings Volatility Strategy

Earnings reports are when stocks move. EVS pre-computes long, short, and uncertain setups for companies reporting in the coming week, with special focus on names reporting after today's close or before tomorrow's open. Each setup comes with a rationale explaining the thesis. Ask the assistant “show me this week's earnings setups” and the EVS signals render right in chat.

Attaboy

Attaboy reads earnings-call Q&A sessions and measures how enthusiastic the analysts asking questions are — management's self-praise is deliberately excluded. The result is a 0–100 score where 50 is neutral: sustained analyst enthusiasm above 50 is a bullish tell, chilly questioning below 50 a warning. It's sentiment analysis on the people paid to be skeptical.

Insider Buying

Executives sell their stock for many reasons, but they buy for only one. This screener tracks open-market insider purchases over $200,000 — real conviction, not option grants — and lets you filter by recency or look up a specific ticker's insider history.

Rats Abandoning the Ship

The bearish mirror image: coordinated insider selling. It flags companies where two or more insiders each sold over $200k within 30 days, or a single sale of $3M+ — patterns that historically precede underperformance. The strategy tracks its own alpha against the S&P 500 so you can judge how predictive the signal has been.

Custom strategies

The Strategies builder lets you go beyond the prebuilt five: compose your own screeners, save them, edit them, and re-run them whenever you like. Combine criteria that match your own philosophy and let Veru365 do the screening.

Tools & Strategies catalog

The Tools page is a browsable catalog of everything in this chapter and the planning chapters — Financial Planning tools and Stock Strategies as card grids. If you ever lose track of where a feature lives, start there.

Tip All of these tools are conversational. Instead of navigating, just ask Harvey: “any insider buying in semiconductors this month?” or “what's the Perfect10 score on my biggest holding?”
